1. I confirm that my order for TROY UV Products is being utilized by my company as the end user with the sole purpose of printing secure documents.

2. I am able to provide documentation showing my company is a registered business. If I cannot provide documentation for my registered business, I understand that TROY Group, Inc. has the right to cancel or void any order
